Inside this small shopping center in Solana beach, slightly hidden lies Pannikin Coffee and Tea. With a recently added lounge area, this coffee shop has great open space enjoyed by locals of all kinds.
The coffee beans are roasted at their Encinitas location bringing a fantastic flavor to all their drinks. I enjoyed my Jimi Hendrix - 4 shots of espresso, filled w/chocolate and hazelnut. The coffee was filled to the brim w/bold flavor. My wifey enjoyed an iced blanco y blanco which was quite tasteful as well.
They also bake their goods so they are nice and fresh, we enjoyed a cinnamon roll and will definitely try their other gold nuggets next time. Overall, this is a great coffee shop especially if you wanna lounge for a bit and enjoy a relaxed mornin!
